Q.  Is my credit card and account information secure?

Absolutely. Swaggletooth is a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant merchant. PCI compliance is a set of security standards created by the major credit card companies to protect their customers from identity theft and security breaches. Under the PCI Data Security Standards, we can assure you that your credit card data, account information and transaction information are safe from hackers or any malicious system intrusion.

Q.  Are there any products than cannot be shipped?

Yes. There are certain products that the United States Government and many air freight shippers have designated as "Dangerous Goods" that we are not allowed to ship via air. “Dangerous Goods” are certain products that, when transported via aircraft – especially at at high altitudes -- may pose a danger to people, animals, the environment or the freight carrier. The items related to promotional products that are included on this list are:

  • Hand Sanitizers (containing alcohol)
  • Insect Repellants
  • Lithium Ion Batteries
  • Lighters
  • Air Fresheners (with alcohol in them)
  • Magnets

If you order any of these products via our website, we are only allowed to ship them via ground and only to the 48 contiguous United States.

Q.  What are normal production and delivery times?

All delivery times are after any necessary art or logo approval. Normal delivery on all stock apparel items is 2-4 weeks after art approval. Delivery schedules are based on many things, so please refer to individual product detail pages. Typically, all shipments are via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. However, you may choose another shipping option during the checkout process.

Q.  What happens if a product is backordered?

In spite of our best efforts to ensure that products on our site are in-stock and ready for customizing or shipping. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control dictate that the stock of a certain product may be depleted. When this occurs, we will contact you with a revised ship date. If this revision does not meet your needs, we will do our best to offer you a comparable product as an alternative to the one you ordered.

Q.  How can I get my order faster?

You may choose faster shipping during the checkout process. Or, call us at 214-728-4333 to begin the process. Rush charges and expedited air freight will be applied to your final cost.

Q.  Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Q.  What payment options are available?

You can use any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

Q.  Why is sales tax added to my order?

All domestic applicable state and local sales tax will be added to your invoice. If you are currently on file as a tax exempt customer you do not need to provide proof of your tax exempt status prior to placing your order. If you have questions about your tax exempt status or if you are a tax exempt organization and do not have a tax exempt customer number, please contact us at 214-728-4333.

Q.  What types of formats can I use when submitting my own artwork?

The following guidelines should be followed: 

- Adobe Photoshop files in .eps or .tif format

- 300dpi resolution

- Any necessary font files saved as .ttf, or list the fonts if you do not have them.

  • High resolution (at least 300 dpi)
  • .jpg, .tiff or .png files
  • 5MB file size maximum for uploading graphics
